Built for agricultural environments

Agricultural machinery runs in abrasive soils, high-load configurations, and long duty cycles. Components must resist wear, shock, and fatigue without adding unnecessary weight or manufacturing complexity. Milson produces castings that perform reliably in these conditions, helping reduce downtime and maintenance while extending service life.

    Milson Foundry QA

    Support for agricultural equipment programs

Milson supports OEMs with engineering, production, and material expertise that helps improve durability and reliability in the field. Our teams work alongside agricultural manufacturers to develop components that meet the mechanical, dimensional, and performance demands of modern machinery.

    R&D and continuous improvement

Our R&D teams in the United States and New Zealand support long-term OEM programs with ongoing development and refinement. We work with engineering teams to improve part performance, optimise materials, and address the durability demands of agricultural equipment.

    Custom engineering and collaboration

We partner with OEMs to develop parts that meet exact mechanical, dimensional, and durability requirements. Our support includes CAD development, pattern and tooling design, rapid prototyping, and secure handling of confidential information.

    Manufacturing at scale

Our casting and forging capabilities support production runs from 10 units to over 10,000. We supply components in a wide range of iron and steel alloys, with machining, heat treatment, coating, and assembly-ready finishing to streamline OEM supply chains.

    Quality assurance and reliability

Every component is produced with controlled processes and documented QA. Metallurgical checks, dimensional verification, and full traceability ensure parts meet specification and perform consistently across varied loads and operating conditions.
